Designed for high centre of gravity vehicle containment
Thrie Beam Guardrail is a stronger alternative to the w-beam guardrail systems. The additional corrugation in the Thrie Beam rail stiffens the system, making it less prone to damage during low to medium speed impacts.
Higher mounting of Thrie Beam rail increases its ability to contain vehicles larger than standard passenger cars. While the post and block design reduces wheel snagging that can cause vehicle vaulting or rollover.
