The TRACC Crash Attenuation Cushion is a fully redirective, non-gating, bi-directional energy absorbing crash cushion designed to protect motorists from impacting the end of concrete barriers, toll plazas, bridge piers and other hazards in both temporary and permanent work zone locations.
The 6.4m TRACC system meets the requirements of NCHRP 350 Test Level 3 and is acceptable for all posted speeds.
The TRACC is pre-assembled for rapid installation and minimal disruption to traffic flow. This non-disposable system features replacement units to be used following an impact. Complete replacement protects workers by limiting their exposure to traffic. Damaged units can be repaired.
